Refund policy

Note: AFRAZ has no exchange policy on sale items.

Products not on sale can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the time passed has exceeded 7 days, the exchange is impossible.

 Our exchange policy is very flexible provided that

  • The product is unused.
  • The price label and tags are intact.
  • You have the purchase invoice.
  • The exchange is made within 7 days of purchase. 

If an incorrect/faulty product has been delivered, contact us by emailing us images of the product at mr.afrazahmad@gmail.com or calling us at 0303-0262206 within 7 days of delivery. After we review product, we will gladly help you with your exchange. Once 7 days have passed from the delivery date, we will no longer entertain any claims.

Afraz does not offer a "return or refund policy'' on purchased items.

Note: Please do not accept the parcel if it's already opened or tampered.
Kindly only accept parcels that are packed in Afraz branded flyers.
